These Terms of Use govern access to THE TRADE LOAD website, preview lessons, accounts, learning features, and paid program access. THE TRADE LOAD is operated as an individual business ("THE TRADE LOAD", "we", or "us"). Read these Terms before creating an account. Sections 4 and 5 contain the terms of sale, refunds and withdrawal for a paid order, together with the purchase information shown before payment. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to remove.
1. Who may use the service
You must be at least 19 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live to create an account or buy access. If local law sets a higher age of majority, the higher age applies. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate account details. If we learn that an account does not meet this rule, we may restrict it and handle its information as described in the Privacy Notice. We do not use your acceptance of these Terms to waive protections applicable to minors.
2. Accounts and access
An account is personal to you. Keep your password confidential, do not share login credentials, and notify us at contact@the-trade-load.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Your responsibility for unauthorized activity depends on the facts and the law that applies; we do not make you responsible for activity caused by our failure to use reasonable care. We may ask you to complete an account recovery step before restoring access.
Signup presents an agreement control and links to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. We record the accepted document versions and time. A routine later sign-in authenticates the existing account and does not require acceptance of the same Terms again. We will request a new, separate choice if a material change or optional use of personal information legally requires it. A paid order requires its own clear purchase confirmation.
You sign in with your site email address and password, or an available Google or Facebook option connected to your site account. Social signup does not require a separate site password. Creating an account does not by itself grant paid program access. We may require you to sign in again after a session expires or when security requires it.
3. The program and previews
THE TRADE LOAD is a self-paced trading education program organized as Starting Practice and 12 modules. The catalog identifies 86 learning units. The description of a lesson, its preview status, included materials, and any access limit are shown on the website. The program teaches general concepts, risk, execution, and review. Preview lessons let you explore the program before purchasing. The purchase includes the described program, not every future course or feature.
Free test enrollment is unavailable. Free test access recorded in a member account follows its recorded dates and conditions and does not convert automatically to a paid purchase.
4. USD $119 one-time purchase
Full program access costs USD $119 in a single payment. Review the final PayPal order total, currency, any applicable taxes or conversion charges, and the purchase terms before confirming payment. Checkout is available only where the site explicitly enables it. A disabled checkout does not accept payment or create a purchase. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The purchased program has no preset expiration date and remains available while THE TRADE LOAD operates it. An order and its access must be confirmed in your account; a payment redirect alone does not confirm enrollment.
One payment. Full program access. Revisit your lessons whenever you need. No subscription, renewal, or preset expiration date. Your purchased program remains available in your account for as long as THE TRADE LOAD operates the program.
Paid access begins when the order is confirmed and has no preset calendar expiry. It follows your account if we migrate the program to another technical platform. We do not promise to operate the program forever. If we decide to discontinue it, we will give reasonable advance notice where feasible, explain what will happen to purchased access, and provide any refund, compensation, or other remedy required by the law applicable to your order. A temporary outage or a platform change alone does not end a purchased access right.
The purchase summary and Sections 4 and 5 form part of your paid contract. At checkout, confirm your current country or territory of residence and, for the United States or Canada, your state, province or territory. Then review the program description, total price and checkout choices before paying. The confirmed residence and the wording, versions and time of the purchase choices are recorded for that order. Later account changes do not rewrite those order records. Delivery is online through your account; there is no physical shipment. Access is activated after the payment is confirmed by our service. Contact contact@the-trade-load.com if payment succeeds but access is missing.
The website and current lessons, narration and captions are in English. Access requires an internet connection and an up-to-date desktop or mobile browser with JavaScript, first-party cookies and browser storage enabled, and support for HTML5 media and SVG. Start audio playback using the player controls. The program is supplied through the website; a native application or offline lesson library is not included. Available downloadable materials are identified with the relevant lesson. Browser, device, network and extension settings can affect playback or account features. Use the free previews to check playback on the intended device before purchasing, and contact contact@the-trade-load.com with any compatibility questions. Any additional material functionality or compatibility limitation will be disclosed before purchase. Checking a preview does not waive remedies for a faulty or non-conforming service.
We provide a purchase confirmation with the order details and the terms recorded for that order in a form you can keep. Save that confirmation before closing your account, or request a copy by email. A later change to these Terms does not remove rights acquired under an earlier paid order. If specific purchase information and these general Terms differ, the specific information applies only to the extent permitted by law.
5. Refunds, cancellation and statutory withdrawal
These provisions cover this online program. Your mandatory rights depend on the law applicable to the contract, including any protections that apply where you habitually live. Your selected country helps us assess a request; it is not a waiver or the sole test of applicable law. We do not impose a worldwide rule that digital purchases are non-refundable, or promise a uniform 14-day change-of-mind period where it is not provided by law or the specific order.
How to request: choose the purchase in Account → Purchase History and use Withdraw from contract. Enter your name, review the identified purchase and confirmation email address, and select Confirm withdrawal. You can also use Request refund / cancellation, Contact Us, or email contact@the-trade-load.com. You may use email without signing in, including after account closure or when the form is unavailable or its daily limit is reached. Give enough information to identify the order and clearly state the action you want. A statutory withdrawal does not require a reason; an explanation is optional. You may use the optional statement below or any other clear statement. We may request proportionate information needed to identify the transaction or address a reported fault. Do not send passwords or full card details.
Optional withdrawal statement: To THE TRADE LOAD, contact@the-trade-load.com. I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for THE TRADE LOAD program. Order reference: ____. Order date: ____. Consumer name: ____. Consumer address: ____. Reply email: ____. Date: ____. Signature only if submitted on paper. Use of this form is optional; include an address only where required for the applicable form or necessary to identify your request.
Korean consumer transactions: where the Korean e-commerce withdrawal provisions apply, the ordinary period is seven days after receipt of the required contract document, or after supply starts if later. Different starting dates or longer periods may apply if required information was missing or withdrawal was obstructed. A digital-content exception after supply starts applies only if all legal conditions are met, including the required notice and preview or other statutory measures; parts not yet supplied may remain withdrawable where separable. Rights for content that is not supplied as agreed or differs from its description remain available under the applicable statutory periods.
EEA and UK consumer transactions: where the relevant distance-contract rules apply, the ordinary withdrawal or cancellation period is 14 days after the contract is concluded; missing required information can extend it. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, a loss of that right requires the applicable conditions, including prior express consent to early supply, acknowledgement of the loss, commencement of supply, and the required contract confirmation in a form you can keep. Payment, account creation, or a checkbox alone does not establish a loss of rights. Rules for ongoing digital services can differ from rules for a completed supply of digital content. We do not treat every part of the program as exempt merely because it is online.
Faults and other remedies: if the program is not supplied, is faulty, or does not match the agreed description, contact us with the problem. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include making supply conform, a price reduction, cancellation or a refund. Any valid digital-content withdrawal exception does not remove these remedies. Other countries may provide additional or different mandatory rights. Requests outside mandatory rights are considered on their facts and any express purchase promise; this does not restrict an existing legal entitlement.
Online acknowledgement: when you confirm a new statutory withdrawal through the purchase form, we save the notice and send an acknowledgement to the original purchase email address without undue delay. It includes your withdrawal statement, consumer name, purchase and request references, and the submission date and time, including seconds and the UTC time zone, so you can keep a copy. Failed delivery attempts are queued for retry; sending a message does not guarantee its arrival in your inbox. Contact contact@the-trade-load.com if you need a copy or cannot use the original email address. The recorded notice does not depend on email receipt or administrator approval, and a delivery failure does not reset its submission time. An acknowledgement records receipt of your notice; it is not itself confirmation that a refund has been issued.
Processing and timing: we assess the applicable right and any necessary evidence, acknowledge the request and explain the outcome. Internal administrator approval is a processing step and does not postpone a statutory deadline. For a valid withdrawal under the applicable Korean e-commerce provisions for services or digital content, we must refund within three business days of the legally effective withdrawal. Where applicable EEA or UK withdrawal rules require it, reimbursement is due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal. A shorter applicable deadline takes priority. We request the payment cancellation or refund promptly and provide confirmation; provider or bank posting time does not extend our own legal duty.
We return the amount required by applicable law, normally through the original payment method, without imposing a refund processing fee where prohibited. We explain any legally permitted deduction before applying it. Currency conversion performed by your payment provider or bank is subject to its applicable terms and your legal rights; this is not permission for us to retain a refund that is legally due. A refund changes only the access associated with the affected purchase; other valid purchases remain subject to their own terms. Account closure itself does not submit or approve a refund, cancel a pending request, or waive your right to seek a remedy.
6. Permission to use lessons and materials
Subject to your applicable access period, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view lessons and use their accompanying materials for your own study. We and our licensors retain ownership of the program, presentations, audio, text, graphics, software, and trademarks. A purchase provides an access right, not ownership of those materials.
You may make your own study notes. Unless we expressly permit it or applicable law allows it, do not redistribute lessons, upload or sell our materials, give others access to your account, remove rights notices, or circumvent technical access controls. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable quotation, fair use, fair dealing, accessibility, or other statutory exceptions.
7. Your reflections and study material
You may save personal reflections through the service. You retain rights in your own reflections. You permit us and the service providers acting for us to store, process, and display them back to you as needed to operate, secure, and support the service, subject to the Privacy Notice. We handle deletion requests and any required retention as explained in the Privacy Notice.
Do not submit someone else's private information without authority. Avoid placing account numbers, card details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive information in a reflection. Reflections are associated with your account; authorized personnel or infrastructure providers may be able to access them for legitimate support, security, or legal purposes as described in the Privacy Notice.
8. Conduct that interferes with the service
Do not use automated access that imposes an unreasonable load, attempt to bypass lesson entitlements or account security, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for an unlawful purpose. We will not prohibit an honest review, a complaint, a lawful report to a regulator, or the exercise of consumer or privacy rights.
9. Educational purpose and trading risk
THE TRADE LOAD supplies general educational material. It does not provide personalized investment advice, individualized recommendations to buy or sell a financial product, trade execution, brokerage, account management, or a promise of profit. Markets can move against you, and trading, including leveraged trading, can cause substantial losses. You decide whether and how to act in a market and should consider qualified professional advice when appropriate.
No statement in these Terms excuses an inaccurate description, misleading advertisement, defective service, or another responsibility that applicable law places on us. The nature of our content and conduct, not this description alone, determines which financial-services laws may apply.
10. Availability and changes to the program
We may fix errors, maintain security, update lessons, and improve how the service works. We will act reasonably and give notice of material changes that affect access or use. We will not arbitrarily remove core access promised in a paid purchase. Where a change to a paid digital service has a material adverse effect, we will give notice in a form you can keep and honor any advance-notice, termination, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law and the purchase terms.
Temporary outages may occur. Contact contact@the-trade-load.com if a lesson or your account cannot be accessed. We will use reasonable care to address a reported issue, subject to rights you may have under consumer law.
11. Restrictions, suspension, and closure
We may temporarily restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address a credible security risk, payment fraud, serious misuse, or a material breach of these Terms. Where it is safe and practicable, we will explain the reason and offer a way to contact us or correct the issue. An urgent security restriction may begin before notice. We will review a disputed restriction on request.
You may stop using the service and close an eligible account from Your account after confirming your current password and the closure choice, or confirming an account-email code and the closure choice if you have no site password. You may also request assistance through Contact Us or contact@the-trade-load.com. You do not need to provide a residence to close an account. Account closure ends sign-in and all course access, including paid access, and removes credentials and ordinary learning records. Creating a new account does not restore that closed account or its access. It does not automatically erase all records; the Privacy Notice explains automatic retention rules, the classification of accounting and tax evidence, exceptions and your rights to request deletion. Closing an account does not cancel a pending refund request or waive consumer or privacy rights. Any refund or remedy for paid access remains governed by applicable law and the terms of the order.
12. Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle account data, access and security logs, learning progress, and reflections. Services provided by external organizations, such as PayPal, may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their separate terms do not remove our obligations as the seller where consumer law applies.
13. Responsibility and limits
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee a particular trading result or uninterrupted access at every moment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for market movements or independent trading decisions made after viewing general educational material.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such an exclusion is prohibited, or any other responsibility or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a limitation is unenforceable where you live, the remainder of these Terms continues to apply where possible.
14. Complaints, disputes, and governing law
Send service complaints to contact@the-trade-load.com so we can investigate and respond. You may also use the courts, regulators, or other remedies available to you under applicable law. The operator is an individual business. The law applicable to a contract is determined under the relevant legal rules. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or restricts a court you are entitled to use under applicable law. A court that has jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute. We do not require pre-dispute arbitration through these Terms.
15. About these Terms
These Terms apply from the effective date shown above. Each paid order retains its agreed price, access period, and refund and withdrawal rights under its purchase terms and applicable law.
We may revise these Terms for a valid reason, such as a legal requirement, security need, or genuine change to the service. We will date the revised version and give advance notice of a material change where required by law, including in a form you can keep when that law requires it. Changes do not retroactively replace the agreed terms of a paid order or eliminate mandatory rights. If a new use of personal information requires your consent, we will request that consent separately.
